To the Northeast of Oklahoma City is the second-largest city in the state, Tulsa. Just over 400,000 residents live in the city proper, with roughly half a million more in the greater metropolitan area. Located between the Osage Hills and the southern portion of the Ozark Mountains, Tulsa sits on the beautiful Arkansas River. Oklahoma City may be the state capital, but Tulsa is inarguably the state's center of culture and arts.
The Philbrook Museum of Art is among the top 50 fine arts museums in the US, and features a formal garden, historic home and an art collection that includes works from Picasso, Georgia O'Keeffe and Rodin. A freestanding aquarium containing an incredible 200 exhibits can be found at Living Arts of Tulsa. It even has a shark tank! And the Arkansas River trails system adds a new sculpture each year. Tulsa has dedicated one percent of its annual city budget to public displays of art since 1969.

The Online process is very simple to follow. I Was hesitant at first but found that getting my medical card through NuggMD is the way to go.
Everyone is really helpful and informative as I am not as experienced as others may be.
Highly recommend!
They made it so easy and comfortable to acquire my recommendation.
Doctor was very friendly and showed a great deal of compassion.
I had serious anxiety about going into a doctors office so I went the online route. It was easy and not time consuming.
I was able to fill out my forms and video chat with the doctor all while at home.
And they emailed all my documents immediately along with the directions to finish the process.
Easy peasy.
Marijuana is only legal for medical use in Oklahoma and the patient must have a medical marijuana patient ID that has been issued by the state.
Marijuana was completely illegal in Oklahoma from 1933 till 2015, and the state actively prosecuted users with some of the harshest penalties in the country. In 2014, an initiative was filed to place an MMJ legalization measure on the ballot, but it didn't get enough signatures to qualify. The following year, the legislature legalized low THC oil with HB 2154, but this measure wasn't enough to satisfy the population.
The following year, Green the Vote filed one of the most liberal medical marijuana initiatives the nation has seen since California's Prop 215. They gathered enough signatures to qualify the measure for the 2016 ballot, but the vote was delayed by a court battle until the 2018 primary ballot, which had a much lower and more conservative turnout.
Despite this interference and the delays, the measure was passed by a 57% vote and Oklahoma joined the nation's marijuana majority. As a result of these activists' efforts, Oklahomans can now:
And these possession amounts are cumulative, meaning a state-licensed medical marijuana patient can have all of these amounts at the same time and still be legal.
In addition, Oklahomans aren't required to fit into a list of qualifying conditions to get a medical marijuana card. The decision is entirely up to their doctor--which is exactly as it should be.
