How to Get an Idaho Medical Marijuana Card

We’ll be the first to offer online cannabis evaluations once Idaho allows them.

Idaho is one of four states in the U.S. to classify cannabis as fully illegal (no adult-use cannabis and no access with a recommendation). A majority of Idaho citizens approve of legalizing cannabis, but so far legalization and decriminalization efforts have fallen short. Kind Idaho is currently attempting to put a medical marijuana legalization initiative on the ballot for 2024.

Idaho was the last state to legalize the cultivation and transport of hemp containing less than 0.3% THC. According to S37-2701(t), only 0% THC cannabidiol (CBD) products are currently legal in Idaho, and only when the extractions are produced using specific areas of the cannabis plant.
