Patient Qualifications for Medical Marijuana in Maine
To qualify for a medical cannabis card in Maine, you must be a resident of Maine. Potential patients must be at least 18, and anyone under age must have permission from a parental/guardian who will also act as their caregiver. Those wishing to cultivate cannabis plants must be at least 21.
