  • Any other medical condition or treatment for a medical condition that is: Classified as a chronic or debilitating medical condition by regulation of the Division or Approved as a chronic or debilitating medical condition pursuant to a petition submitted.

The Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) determines qualifying medical conditions. If your condition isn’t featured on the list, you may need to speak with a qualified practitioner to determine your eligibility for the state’s medical cannabis program.
